Reported 2 gates between Northline and Fenelon damaged.( 3 words locations (doubled.trickling.avid) and (emotional.applied.accustomed) ) Reported 3 dirt bikes stopped just north on Fenelon on VRT, refused to Id then took off Northbound on the VRT. |
