12:20 sat at Ranchers and NVRT for 20 min, no traffic Gates closed and locked, atv tracks on trail.
12:45 observed 2 ATV's S/B on Lindsay St at Francis St in traffic
12:55 Garnet Graham Pk, walked the NVRT to just south of Northline (Nook St)
closed several gates. Only one gate was actually closed and locked.
13:48 stop Red Honda ATV LIC:18PM4 (KATVA member) S/B south of Nook St. heading to Canadian Tire in Fenelon
turned around and cautioned re being on closed trail.
14:45 at NVRT and Northline, south gate closed but no lock, closed N/S gate but no lock
large water?mud hole beside N/Gate needs to be filled in and barricaded so atv cannot drive around gate
15:00 at Superior Lot, Lot empty some tracks on the trail. gates open and locked could not close as I didnt have my key
15:15 NVRT at 3rd Con, some tracks, gates closed and locked
