Trail Hazards Identified	The trail on the north west edge of the bridge over Mc Claren's Creek has not been repaired (on going).

Notes	A crew from City of Kawartha Lakes was brushing back the trees at the side of the trail north of Ranchers Road. The side by side was on the trail at Wynchwood Road in Fenelon Falls, He was a member of Quad Niagara, visiting Omemee, He had ridden the trail from Omemee to Fenelon Falls. His machine was 48 inches wide so it had fit through all the gates on the trail. I told him that under the Off Road Vehicle act, the description of his machine was a side by side. It has a steering wheel not handle bars, the driver does not straddle the seat, the passenger does not sit behind the driver. That makes it a side by side, regardless of the width of the machine. I rode the trail to look at the application of new screenings from north of Ranchers Road to Fenelon Falls, the potholes are gone, The new screenings raise the trail slightly where it goes through the swamp between Ranchers Road and the north branch of Long Beach Road.
