| Notes | Today we cleared multiple trees and limbs through the Pinery and on the vrt. We had a woman stop us and complain about a stop sign on the vrt somewhere near the Pinery that had swastikas and fuck the police carved into it. We were keeping an eye out for it but when we were in that area two police vehicles stopped us about an accident on the vrt so we headed in that direction to see if any assistance was needed. We closed the section of the vrt between the two Pinery rd crossings for roughly 45 mins. We put the caution sign back on the tree with screws that I reported had fallen down at the start of trail 71. I did send pictures of one gate that was removed with location but kerrie said the town may have done this. |
