Trail Hazards Identified

See attached pictures 2 sink holes 1 is from damaged culvert underneath about 2 ft deep to culvert. Culvert near log chateau is plugged up with debris water is caused washout in several spots in area due to high water level. Plugged culvert off of trail 10 water up to trail. Gates for trail 99 are open looked like city is clearing trail with large machine will be a problem next week if trails open there is also a go around to the right of gate being used. Also only about 5 gates are locked along vrt several locks missing on lockable gates. Gate at Northline on south side is badly damaged and will not be closeable hit by something post is bent over in the ground. Contractor is cleaning up vrt has worst area done shuttleworth to burnt river bridge as of today. Still few minor areas south of that to finish up. Removed tree in picture south of nortline. 2 sxs stopped and notified trails closed and they just carried on.
2 ATV's notified trails were closed and turned around and went back to Fenelon.
Was notified that there were were people on ATV's out today with Trail Police on their vests but we did not see them may have gone to 5 points but not sure.
