Trail Hazards Identified	washout south of Naylor Road. some face slappers on trail side between West Street and Wynchwood to be cut back, CKL has been working on the trail, they may not have got this far north yet. The trail is dusty when multiple machines travel together.

Notes	I stopped a father with a youth on the trail by the water treatment plant in Fenelon Falls He had multiple violations and left the trail. He was riding a borrowed ATV that is only used to plow snow. Violations: No valid trail pass. Under age passenger. Child sitting in front of parent No secure seat with arm support and no foot rest. The south gate at West Street was broken. I will repair this week.
