Trail Hazards Identified	Several divots in the trail surface north of Thunderbridge Road caused by ATVs spinning tires need to be filled with a shovel.

Notes	I stopped a dirt bike rider at Thunderbridge Road. He was informed that dirt bikes could not be on the trail south of Superior Propane staging area. The machine had an OFTR permit. The rider claimed to have ridden the VRT to Haliburton and was never stopped and informed of the approved trail bike area. I stopped two boys on mini ATVs looking at the horses on Willow Glen Drive. The ATVs did not have passes, license plates or insurance. The boys rode down Willow Glen Drive onto River Side Drive. They did not go on the CVRT at all. I did caution them about the requirements to legally ride on the rail trail. Since the boys were only on the roadway, I have no jurisdiction, but if they did ride on the trail and OPP stopped them it would be an expensive ride.
